Plain-language summary of what we collect through this site and why.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, estimator or newsletter sign-up we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company, budget range and message. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, send the estimate or newsletter you asked for, and discuss a potential project with you. Our legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and, for the newsletter, your consent.
Who processes it
Emails are delivered by Resend (resend.com). Call bookings are handled by Cal.com. Both act as processors on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless we start working together. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
